Shipping & Delivery Policy
UK Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Tracked services are used where available.
- Dispatch confirmation email sent (with tracking if applicable).
International Delivery
- Shipped via Airmail, Signed & Tracked where available.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days, depending on destination and local carriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. We dispatch promptly; final delivery speeds are set by the courier/postal service.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties and local taxes, and for any delays caused by customs inspections. Dailyrise cannot accept responsibility for customs delays or fees.
Dispatch Times
- Orders usually dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays ship the next working day.
Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Parcels returned due to non-collection or incorrect address can be reshipped (extra postage may apply) or refunded minus original postage.

In the UK we use reliable courier and postal services. International orders are handled by your local postal service once in-country.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Window
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return: contact@dailyrise.co.uk.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For health & hygiene reasons, opened supplements or patches cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund and cover reasonable return postage where applicable.
After We Receive Your Return
- All returns are inspected on receipt.
- We’ll email to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved returns are processed as a refund, credit note or replacement.
Processing time: please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of your return.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional days to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: you cover return postage.
- Faulty/incorrect items: we cover reasonable return postage once confirmed.
- For items over £50, we recommend a trackable service and insurance.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund—email us as soon as possible at contact@dailyrise.co.uk. If the order has shipped, please follow the returns process above.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please note: sealed health products opened after delivery may be exempt from change-of-mind returns.

Only if the item is faulty—due to hygiene and safety standards, we can’t accept opened health products for change-of-mind returns.
How long will my refund take?
Up to 14 working days after we receive your return. Your bank/card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Do I need tracking for my return?
We strongly recommend a trackable service—especially for items over £50—since we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
